Jean.E. Tardy uses the techniques of Systems Analysis to explore social issues. This approach yields original insights and generates new solutions.

In 2010, he completed a strategic options analysis for the Catholic Bishops of Quebec. A non denominational version is now also available.

Jean recently launched a website (Toquay's Log) to feature his systems-based approach to Social issues. He is currently developing a social model to explores the links between socio-economic policies and sexual practices.
